REturn POLICY

Due to each of our items being handmade we cannot offer refunds, returns or exchanges on our items. Please check with our sizing guides or email us if you have any queries before purchasing items.

Returns are only accepted if an item is faulty. If you experience a faulty product we will ask for you to return the item back to us so we can investigate/resolve the issue. 

If faulty, please contact us via email to arrange a return. Please note you will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item back to us. We recommend sending any returns signed for service, so you can track its journey back to us.

Please allow up to 7-10 working days for us to process your return and refund. It may also take 3-5 working days from your bank for the refund to show in your account.

Lost Mail -

All our items are sent via Royal Mail signed for delivery. Once the item leaves us and we have sufficient evidence of tracking and signatures then we do not take any responsibility for any lost mail. You may request the tracking information via email if you wish to track the items.
